Recruitment process
 

The recruitment process will be rigorous, fair and open, giving you, GCHQ and PA the best opportunity to consider suitability and mutual fit.

You will experience a mixture of interview and assessment methods including, but not limited to, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, a case study and numerical and verbal reasoning questionnaires.

You will have plenty of opportunity at the open day and during your interviews to discuss both organisations as potential employers – it’s as important to us as it is to you that you make the right choice for your career.

It doesn't matter whether you know which organisation you wish to join, there will be plenty of opportunity to explore the options before you decide, all we ask is that you confirm your preference before we make an offer.
