Systems Engineering is an essential discipline which underpins the delivery of our most complex work programmes. We are looking for talented individuals to deliver complex assignments, taking responsibility for leading systems engineering teams, supporting major programmes and mobilising projects, working alongside senior staff and technical experts.

You will probably have a record of delivering substantial Systems Engineering projects and supporting the successful completion of complex systems-based change initiatives from either a professional services consultancy or large blue chip organisation within defence, energy, manufacturing, transport or communications. Your experience in architectures for complex information systems, systems level trade-offs, the role of Design Authority and business change will be supported by your strong systems engineering experience gained on at least one major programme. You will have experience of systems engineering lifecycle management and understand the importance of intergrating the people, processes, information and technology aspects of a system, how systems change interacts with organisational change and risk management.
